實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可的國際合作組織是International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation（簡稱ILAC）。目前已經(jīng)形成的區(qū)域性組織中，主要有歐洲認(rèn)可合作組織（European Cooperation for Accreditation,簡稱EA）和亞太實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可合作組織（Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation,簡稱APLAC）。其中EA是歐洲認(rèn)證認(rèn)可合作組織（EAL）和歐洲實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可合作組織（EAC）在1998年1月合并而成的，而APLAC僅覆蓋實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可。

　　中國實(shí)驗(yàn)室國家認(rèn)可委員會(huì)（China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories,簡稱CNAL）是中國惟一的實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)，由原中國實(shí)驗(yàn)室國家認(rèn)可委員會(huì)（CNACL）和原中國國家出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可委員會(huì)（CCIBLAC）兩家國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)合并組建而成。
